Chapter 3. Running Lortug

Running lortug is accomplished simply by typing lortug [script name] where [script name] is the name of the script describing the toolbars to be created. See Creating Scripts for info on script creation. The script files are searched for in three places:

• The directory you are starting lortug from.

• ~/.Lortug

• (install prefix)/share/Lortug

The locations are searched in that order as well so if there are scripts with the same name in multiple locations the first to be found will be used. An absolute path can be used as well, any script name that begins with a / will be treated as an absolute path.
